A platform called Iterable offers functionality for managing multi-channel user engagement campaigns that are built on dynamic workflows. Users can construct static or dynamic lists that can update automatically from segments that they have created depending on criteria or activity. Without assistance from engineers, users may automate touchpoints and test plans.
With Iterable, users may send targeted, mass, or triggered email campaigns, SMS, push notifications for mobile devices, and mobile push alerts depending on website, app, or previous campaign user activity. Users can also preview marketing communications using other email applications, devices, or as a particular user.
Users may create processes without writing code using the Workflow Designer. These workflows may be used to execute filters, start other processes, add actions and delays, perform experiments, and run A/B testing.
